A Recent 40% Price Retreat Could Put ALME in the Cross-Hairs Again for Spectacular Gains!

You probably remember Alamo Energy Corporation (ALME). How could you not! The first time I alerted members to ALME, it was trading at around $1.20 and over the next few weeks it ran all the way to $2.51… for a spectacular 100%+ gain!

ALME is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company drilling in Texas, Kentucky and the United Kingdom.

Its 4 Texas properties, with 13 producing wells, sit on 590 oil rich acres in the famous Permian Basin.
In Kentucky, it has entered into a five-well drilling program with Boardman Energy Partners, on Boardman’s lease – and is expecting to pump between 100-200 barrels of oil per day!

ALME’s Crown Jewel, of course, is its United Kingdom leases (4) on 400 square kilometers – with oil reserves estimated to hold 236 Million Barrels of oil – which is clearly worth BILLIONS at today’s prices!

But oil properties aside…

Another key to ALME’s success and increased trading interest is financing!

Eurasian Capital Partners has agreed to invest up to $2 million to support ALME’s expanding production in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

And now they’ve agreed to throw in another $400,000 to fund the Kentucky drilling campaign, and to allow the company to look for even more projects.

A chart a trader could love!

ALME is building a base at current levels and the stock appears to be stabilizing

Its price is at the lower band of the trend line, and I could see the stock snapping back strong, and resuming its upward trend

The stock has been trending downwards, but on light volume

And it doesn’t have substantial resistance to prevent it from retesting its recent high of $2.51.

Do not under-estimate ALME’s potential to score for us again!

ALME has great oil and gas leases – some of which are already producing. It’s financial backers are continuing to pump money into the company – and certainly wouldn’t do so if they didn’t have high expectations for it to produce profits.
Plus, the stock is 40% off its highs!

It may not offer us a one day pop – but if you don’t mind seeing another possible 100% gain over the course of a week…
